Funeral Home Obituary

Mrs. Lori Ann Wilson, 56, a longtime resident of Woodstock, Georgia passed away May 24, 2018. Lori was born on August 4, 1961 in Knoxville, Tennessee to the late Fred and Carrie Ballew. She loved her career as a massage therapist and was passionate about helping people. Lori was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed fishing, hunting, German shepherds and chickens. Lori leaves behind her beloved husband of 28 years, Tony Wilson Sr; son, Tony Wilson Jr (Julie) of Woodstock, GA; daughters, Katrina Wilson (Mike Forbs) of Blue Ridge, GA, Shannon Leighann Sipe of Woodstock, GA and Samantha Renee Bottoms (Colin) of Woodstock, GA; grandchildren, Laine, Zaine, Christina, Lauren, Trey, Jacob, Anna, Kathryne, Jared, Colin Jr, Liam and Sean; great-grandchildren, Jude, Jack and Harper; brothers, Kenny, Dave, Wesley and Larry Ballew; and sister, Pat Mortorano. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 6-8pm at Woodstock Funeral Home. A funeral service will be on Sunday, May 27, 2018 at 11:00am at the funeral home with Pastor John Pope officiating. Interment will follow at Old Macedonia Cemetery, Cartersville.
